One of my favourite TED talks is the Danger of the Single Story.*
On LinkedIn, I think, we should also guard against the Danger of the Single Panacea. Many posts offer simple, common sense based solutions.
Each of these solutions, examples, when viewed as just that - ONE way that worked for SOME of the issues for that person/orgn/family, are great learning moments.
The risk is in assuming, and then succumbing to the fallacy of the single panacea - that if we just do this, everything will be great, or even that it will always turn out well.
NOTHING on LinkedIn, or anywhere else, is a single panacea.

*This TED talk says that we tend to view people or cultures through a 'single story' - like, poor people cannot be happy, for instance. But all stories are complex tapestries. The danger of the single story is that it makes our comprehension incomplete and faulty.
